We are taking mesures to keep you safe

The well-being of our clinic team and our customers is of utmost importance to us and while New Zealand is under Alert Levels 1 & 2, we are implementing the following measures.

The Ministry of Health has directed us to screen for COVID-19 symptoms before appointments and collect information for contact tracking purposes.

We will be unable to accept your booking if you are:

  • feeling unwell
  • have been in close contact with anyone with or suspected of having COVID-19
  • have travelled overseas in the last 21 days

or if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • cough
  • fever
  • difficulty breathing
  • sore throat
  • sneezing and/or runny nose
  • temporary loss of smell

If you are experiencing any of the above, we suggest you contact Healthline or consult your doctor.

Under Alert Level 2, we ask our clients to undertake the following;

  • Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible - there is no waiting in the clinic,
  • Please ensure you're wearing a mask or face covering on arrival at the clinic.
    • We have masks available to anyone who requires one at a cost of $1.50 each
  • If able, sign-in with the 'NZ COVID Tracer App' by scanning the QR code.
  • Clients will be required to wash their hands upon arrival at the clinic.
